Wir unterteilen das Jahr in Hauptsaison und Nebensaison.
In der Hauptaison von November bis Ende April vermieten wir das Haus für 1.500 US$ pro Woche.
In der Nebensaison von Mai bis Ende Oktober vermieten wir das Haus für 1.200 US$ pro Woche.
Wenn Sie das Haus für einen ganzen Monat oder andere Zeitintervalle mieten wollen, setzen Sie sich für Rabatte mit uns in Verbindung.

Dividimos el año en temporada alta y temporada baja.
Durante la temporada alta de noviembre a fines de abril alquilamos la casa a 1.500 US$ por semana.
Durante la temporada baja de mayo a fines de octubre alquilamos la casa a 1.200 US$ por semana.

We divide the year in the main season and low Season.
During the main season that lasts from November to late April we rent the house for U.S.$ 1.500 per Week.
In the low season that lasts from May to late October we rent the house for U.S.$ 1.200 per Week.
